Payment Methods
88qq currently supports transactions through three popular mobile banking methods in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad and Rocket. Rocket is the mobile wallet of Dutch-Bangla Bank. Deposits and withdrawals are not accepted through any method other than these three.
Deposit Terms
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (for each method).
- The name on the payment account must match the name registered on the account.
- After a successful deposit, the balance is generally updated instantly.
- Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.
Withdrawal Terms
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
- Withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes.
- Identity verification must be completed before withdrawals can be made.
- Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for the deposit.

Welcome Bonus Terms
88qq offers new users a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. Specific conditions must be met to receive this bonus.
• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000
• Deposit ৳18,000 → bonus capped at ৳8,000 → total balance ৳26,000
Wagering Requirements
Before bonus funds can be withdrawn, you must place bets worth 20 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined deposit and bonus.
General Bonus Rules
- Each bonus has its own validity period — if the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time, the bonus will be cancelled.
- A user cannot claim more than one welcome bonus at the same time.
- Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses is strictly prohibited — if such activity is detected, all accounts and any winnings will be forfeited.
- 88qq reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
- In any dispute regarding bonuses, the decision of 88qq is final.
Betting & Game Rules
General Betting Terms
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
- 88qq reserves the right to void any bet that produces an abnormal result due to a technical error.
- If the internet connection is lost, the outcome of an active bet will be determined based on server records.
- Bets placed on the basis of incorrect odds or payouts displayed due to a system error will not be accepted.
Prohibited Activities
- Hacking accounts or using unauthorised software.
- Attempting to exploit any game vulnerability or error.
- Creating artificial betting patterns to take advantage of bonus offers.
- Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes.
- Coordinating across multiple accounts to gain an advantage.
Special Sports Betting Terms
The following applies when placing bets on any sports event including cricket, football and kabaddi:
- Pre-match bets placed before a match starts cannot be changed after the match has begun.
- If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded, though rules may vary for each market.
- The laws and regulations of each country apply to live betting markets.
- Specific rules for BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments and other tournaments will be stated separately on the event page.

Fair Use & Prohibited Conduct

Closure or Suspension by 88qq
88qq may suspend or close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Violation of these Terms.
- Suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity.

- Suspicion of financial abuse or money laundering.
After account closure, any verified balance may be returned once a review is complete. Winnings derived from bonuses may be forfeited in the case of accounts closed due to a breach of these Terms.
Limitation of Liability
